Order processing

Orders placed before 12:00 CET are dispatched within one business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces ship according to the lead time indicated on each product page.

Rates & lead times

  • Europe — Standard 2–4 business days · €15 (complimentary over €350)
  • United Kingdom — 3–5 business days · €25
  • United States & Canada — Express 3–5 business days · €40
  • Rest of world — Express 5–7 business days · €60

Complimentary express shipping is offered on all orders over €350 to European destinations.

Duties & taxes

For destinations within the European Union, all applicable VAT is included in the price you see at checkout.

For destinations outside the EU, prices are displayed exclusive of local duties and import taxes. These are collected by the carrier on delivery, in accordance with local customs regulations.

Tracking & delivery

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. A signature is required on delivery for all orders.

If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier will leave instructions to reschedule or collect from a local depot.
