Full-price pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Sale pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Final-sale pieces and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

Pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear and earrings are non-returnable.

1. Write to care@velora.studio with your order number to request a return label.
2. Pack the piece in its original packaging.
3. Affix the prepaid label and drop the parcel at any participating carrier point.
4. You'll receive an email once your return is received and inspected.

For exchanges in size or colour, please contact our client care team. We'll reserve the new piece for you and arrange the return of the original.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are not refunded, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
