You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live) to place an order or create an account. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

You agree to use the Atelier Veylora website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed by Whop, a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record for your transaction. Your payment is subject to Whop's own terms and privacy practices, and your card details are handled by Whop — never stored on our servers. We are not responsible for delays, declines or errors caused by the payment provider or your bank.

The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that product descriptions, imagery or colours are entirely accurate on every display.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any order — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Atelier Veylora, its owners, officers and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier or supplier failure, customs action, utility or internet outages, cyber-attack, or governmental restrictions. Where such an event occurs, our obligations are suspended for its duration.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, designs and source code — is the property of Atelier Veylora or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown on this page and, where the changes are material, provide notice on the site or by email to account holders. Changes apply to orders placed after they take effect; your continued use of the site after that point constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. You and Atelier Veylora agree that the courts of Jamaica have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
