Orders are processed and dispatched promptly, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are handled on the next business day.

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces ship according to the lead time indicated on each product page.

• Canada — Tracked shipping (estimated 5–9 business days) · $29
• Rest of world — Tracked express shipping (estimated 7–14 business days) · $45

Complimentary standard shipping is offered on US orders over $75. Where live carrier rates are available at checkout, those rates are shown and applied to your order.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). For US orders, any applicable state or local sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the United States, prices are exclusive of local duties, import taxes and customs fees. These are determined by the destination country and are collected by the carrier on delivery. Atelier Veylora cannot calculate or refund these charges.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. A signature may be required on delivery for higher-value orders.

If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier will leave instructions to reschedule or collect from a local pickup point.
